We now have online giving available. This service is free for you.

There are many reasons we are introducing this new resource. Many people in our culture do much of their banking and bill paying online. More and more people shun traditional checks and carry less cash in their wallets. Online giving appeals to the younger generation, because it fits their values and lifestyle. Online giving is convenient, especially when traveling or having to miss a service for some reason. And, it is safe and secure.

Word of Caution: If you struggle with managing credit card debt, then don’t use online giving. And, please take advantage of the classes and resources Calvary offers to help with money management. For more information on these resources, contact Margaret Petry at 281.550.4323 x 120.

When you give online, remember what you are doing and why you are doing it.

	Worship: Giving our tithes and offerings is meant to be an act of worship, acknowledging God and honoring God.
	Blessing: We are blessed to be a blessing. Give thanks to God for resourcing you so that you can bless others.
	Stewardship: All we have and all we are belongs to God. We were bought with a great price. So, we want to be faithful and obedient in stewarding all the resources God gives us. We are called to honor God with our time, talents, and treasure.

Here are some instructions on how to use Calvary’s online giving option.

Click on this link which takes you to a secure web site.

Enter in the information requested.

Use the pull down menu to direct your gift to tithes, benevolence, missions, etc. If you make a designated gift, like to a missionary or to a specific need, be sure to specify what the gift is for in the comment line.

Enter the amount of the donation.

Click on Submit. That will take you to the payment page. On this page, you will choose to make a draft from your checking account, savings account, or debit/credit card.
