Small Groups |
|
Small Groups are the life blood of Calvary. These gift-based, passion-driven small groups are designed to help meet relational needs and to encourage us to use our gifts and abilities to serve and minister to others in practical and relevant ways. Calvary offers many different small groups from which to choose. These groups vary in nature, from fellowship groups that meet in the home, to outreach groups which minister on the streets or in nursing homes. These groups usually operate on a quarterly basis, or continue longer if there is a need to do so. Below is a list of Calvary's current small groups; click on the link to read a description. Meeting times and places vary, so contact the church for more information about specific groups. |

LIFT Groups (Living In Fellowship Together) LIFT Groups are relational in nature. They provide a place to build relationships, an atmosphere of support and accountability to one another, and a safe environment for ministry.LIFT Groups meet every other Friday night in church members' homes. Groups may study a book or have a particular focus, such as marriage enrichment, intimacy with God, new member assimilation, and so on.

| Small Group Forms* The Small Group Proposal Form can be downloaded, filled out, and emailed to Margaret Petry. This form is used to propose a new group for Calvary's Small Group Ministry. Small group leaders can download and fill out the Small Group Report Form and email it to Margaret Petry. This form is used for current small group leaders to reflect with Margaret on each small group meeting. *Forms require a version of Microsoft Word '97 or higher |
